Apres set for first company retreat

3 of Apres’s top 4 execs and over 20 of Apres’s most dedicated disciples are preparing for our first company retreat to Breckenridge, Vail and A-Basin Colorado. We will be leaving Wednesday evening from points all across the U.S. including Boston, New Hampshire, New York, D.C., Philly and Miami returning via red eye Tuesday morning. Plans are to rendez vous at Apres Thursday evening, somewhere in or around the bar hot tub at the Great Divide Lodge in Breck. Excitement around the office is at an all time high today. To give you a few examples, C.F.O. BTime has been so overcome with excitement that he texted me today from the field, “should I just get a motorcycle…?” In typical fashion the Chief will be making a late arival Thursday morning possibly on a motorcycle, begging the question, is it possible to operate a hog wearing cowboy boots? Apres legal counsel Wes T. M has been hitting it so hard this season that he has worn out his ski boots. He called in this evening to report that he is currently shopping around for something fitting for the occasion – apparently neon rear entry boots aren’t as easy to find as they used to be. Notorious Apres bad boy and Miami field rep Chuck is putting down his golf clubs for the weekend and sharpening up his edges. Apres financial counsel J.D. is already out west testing the snow in DudeTah, which is apparently amazing, but has sent word that due to his tight travel schedule he will not be able to meet us in Colorado. Also he slipped in that the company jet will not be available, incredibly selfish. The skeleton crew we’re leaving behind includes Duncan and his staff of assistants (picture the Career Builder comercial with monkeys running an office).  They were told that after recent apres activities in Tahoe they are not allowed west of the Mississippi until next season. Due to financial burdens and recent media attention all massages and “excessive” activities will be kept off the public itinerary, but stay tuned because unless all forms of communication are lost (possible to very possible with hot tubs involved) we will be posting as often as possible!

See you at Apres!
