To those of you that have been living in a cave this week, the skiing is unreal right now. Reports have been flying in from Apres Enthusiasts from all over the map. J.D. has been taking an extended vacation from employment and verifies that Sugarbush is “epic” (22 inches of freshies). As you can see from Petite’s post, Sugarloaf is good too. As for myself, I’m headed North early tomorrow morning for two days at Killington (18 inches of new snow in the last 48 hours, with a little more forecasted for tonight). Honestly, this is one of the best January’s we’ve had in New England since 2001, and in the east you have to strike while the iron is hot. Remember, if you don’t go now the season will be one week shorter when you do.
